Based in Shropshire, I am a landscape photographer and painter. I have won awards for my black and white photography and painting, I was GMC Publications Black and White photographer of the year in 2012/13. My artwork has been exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.

We run our retreats and training from our beautiful hometown of Hebden Bridge, nestled in the Yorkshire Pennines and a stone’s throw from Brontë country.

As a full time landscape photographer based in West Yorkshire, I have been providing landscape photography holidays, workshops, courses and tuition throughout Yorkshire and various parts of the UK since early 2012. You can either opt for bespoke, personalised one to one tuition on a date and at a location of your choosing, or if you enjoy sharing in the experience of others, you may prefer to be part of a small group workshop with pre-arranged dates and locations.

With each course led personally by Chris your day/course will cover the whole photographic process. We will spend time developing focus techniques, how to use aperture control, balancing exposures, using filters, considering the compositional process etc. You will learn/improve as part of a small group in a friendly and fun environment.

Eva offers Garden and Story-Telling Photography classes, one-to-ones, online and on location from beginners to professionals. Use of a DSLR camera or mirrorless camera is essential. With years of experience photographing beautiful gardens and working with some of the top garden and lifestyle magazines the UK and abroad, Eva is happy to share her knowledge with you and pass on her love for photography.

Mark Banks is a professional landscape photographer and tutor based in the North East of England. Mark has over 15 years of experience and runs 1-2-1 and group residential workshops around the UK and abroad. He also runs post-processing workshops including on-line tuition.

Our current street photography workshop programme includes London, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and Blackpool. Led by a professional street photographer and with a maximum of six participants, this street photography course is structured, challenging and inspiring – as well as being great fun.
